...Gestern haben so einige Hundebesitzer in unserem Park das Thema "Chemiekeule" gegen Zecken und Flöhe diskutiert.
Wie vielleicht schon jeder gelesen hat, bin ich kein Freund von Chemiekeulen und habe mir auf Naturbasis ein Mittel gegen diese "Parasiten" geholt.
Nur wie es so ist, wurde ich eines besseren belehrt und mir wurde gesagt, dass diese Tierchen bereits gegen solche Mittel resistent sind Confused

Wie seht ihr das Question

Sollte man vorsoglich im Frühjahr seinem Hund wirklich eine Chemiekeule verpassen Question

Ich gebe gar nichts gegen Zecken. Ich schaue und drehe die Zecken mit der Zeckenzange raus. Bisher habe ich nicht so große Probleme mit den Zecken gehabt.

Die Zecken sind zu großen Teilen auch unempfindlich gegenüber vielen Chemiekeulen geworden.

Stammtischparolen von Minimalinformierten sind immer wieder unterhaltsam.

Ich würde auch einfach schauen, wieviele Zecken dein Hund mit dem pflanzlichen Mittel hat, und nur wenn es deiner Meinung nach damit zuviele sind, dann würde ich über eine Chemiekeule nachdenken. Wobei es ja auch unter denen mehr und weniger Wirksame gibt, mehr und weniger Schädliche.

Es gibt ja aber auch die Möglichkeit mehrere Naturmittel zu kombinieren, z.B. Steinwasser + Bernsteinkette + pflanzliches Spot On oder etwas ähnliches.

habe bisher pfanzliches Spot on genommen und ich muss sagen BoB hatte bisher nur eine einzige Zecke.

Also Lulu hat von mir noch nichts gegen Zecken bekommen. Lief immer gut, bis jetzt hatte sie noch keine. Ich habe sie nach jedem Sparziergang abgesucht...allerdings wohnen wir auch in einer Zeckenamengegend.

Jetzt ist ja eh noch nicht so die große Zeit und meiner hat bissher auch noch nichts bekommen und ich muss mal schauen wie es dieses Jahr läuft letztes Jahr war es ja fast täglich eine...

Das geht bestimmt bald los mit der Zeckenpest. Dobby findet es einfach sau doof, wenn wir die Zecken entfernen müssen und die suchen sich manchmal auch echt gemeine Stellen aus an denen sie sich festsaugen. Habe jetzt auf pflanzlicher Basis vor ein Mittelchen zu suchen. Eine Freundin hat da sehr gute Erfahrungen.

Es "geht" nicht "bald los" - es ist schon seit 2 Monaten in vollem Gange. Evil or Very Mad

Leider. Auf dem heutigen Spaziergang mit insgesamt 3 Hunden haben eine Freundin und ich von unseren Hunden ca. 25 Zecken abgesammelt, wieder zuhause folgten noch weitere.

25 Zecken?! Ich finde bei meinen Hunden mal eine oder auch zwei. Vielleicht haben meine Hunde das von mir, denn ich selbst habe noch nie Zecken gehabt, aber mein Kollege, der hat täglich Zecken.

25 Zecken bei drei Hunden kann ich mir schon vorstellen, je nachdem in welchem Gebiet man wohnt oder mit seinen Hunden läuft.
Ist nur immer eine "Sisyphusarbeit" Wink

Ich muss sagen seit dem ich es bei BoB anwende, hatte er nicht eine Zecke mehr Very Happy

Ja, wo doch meine beiden Hunde die Chemiekeule absolut nicht vertragen. Ich habe sie ALLE durch. Keine wurde vertragen, und gewirkt haben sie alle nur sehr eingeschränkt. Wink

Ich muss allerdings betonen, dass gestern die meisten Zecken der Hund der Freundin hatte, mein Zwerg hatte ingesamt nur 1 (die ich gefunden habe), mein Großer hatte geschätzte 7.

ich hab eins gekauft und bin zufrieden damit, allerdings muss ich nachher Zuhause nachschauen bin jetzt noch im Büro Very Happy
